Many of our impact initiatives revolve around fulfilling our promise of delivering security, comfort, and community. Nowhere is this more evident than during our resident engagement programs, where oftentimes impact comes in the form of good old-fashioned fun! Here are just a few photos of recent property events at helping our residents thrive by fostering a sense of community.

United Hatzalah Israel
In early 2022, the principles and family of HLC Equity recognized Dr. Helen Nobel Lipsitz with a dedication to the United Hatzalah Auditorium. In addition to her commitment to the family and HLC Equity’s business activities, Dr. Nobel Lipsitz’ grit and determination earned her a medical doctorate during a time when it was an extremely rare achievement for women. To acknowledge her accomplishments as a woman pioneer in the field of medicine, in the name of Dr. Helen Nobel Lipsitz, we were honored to support the efforts of United Hatzalah Israel.
What is United Hatzalah of Israel? United Hatzalah of Israel is the largest independent, non-profit, fully volunteer Emergency Medical Service organization that provides the fastest and free emergency medical first response throughout Israel.
Philanthropic Efforts
HLC Equity’s CFO, Micah Gimpel, recently completed a rigorous volunteer medic course with the United Hatzalah of Israel, exemplifying the company’s commitment to giving back and personal growth. The course covered essential topics such as CPR, emergency calls, and administering IVs, resulting in Gimpel becoming a qualified EMT.
Micah’s accomplishment is a shining example of HLC Equity’s values in action, demonstrating our dedication to philanthropy, fostering individual development, and supporting the communities we serve. Positively Impacting Our Communities
At HLC Equity, the pursuit of excellence in property management is not just a goal, but a way of life. With a dedication to resident well-being and satisfaction, the company’s property management leadership recently attended the Resmania conference, a 4-day event hosted by Resman and the premiere gathering for multifamily operations professionals. The event provided them with opportunities to learn, collaborate, and push the industry forward.
The Resmania experience was a growth catalyst for HLC Equity’s property management leaders, empowering them with fresh perspectives to create communities that resonate with their residents. Armed with new insights and tools, the team is now equipped to tackle the challenges of modern property management, making experiences at HLC Equity communities that much better.
